DEATH DOCUMENTS: We know you've been at work all day and haven't really had time to plow through the Death Documents released today relating to The Late Anna Nicole Smith. So we are doing it for you. But we have to warn you, an autopsy is a lot sexier on CSI.

THE DRUGS: There were a total of 9 in her system when she died.

Here's what they are and what they're for: According to Dr. Stephen Jones, four of the drugs had the same purpose to treat the symptoms- in which one drug could have been used. Clonazepam (Klonopin) controls seizures and relieves anxiety. Diazepam (Valium) relieves anxiety, muscle spasms, and seizures. Lorazepam relieves anxiety.

Oxazepam relieves anxiety and helps to control agitation caused by alcohol withdrawal. Nordiazepam (Metabolite) helps to manage anxiety disorders, skeletal muscle spasms and is a minor tranquilizer or sedative. Temazepam (Metabolite) treats insomnia and other serious sleep disorders. Diphenhydramine (Benadryl) treats the relief of allergies over-the-counter. There were 2 Chloral Hydrates (trichloroethanal and trichloroacetic) used to treat insomnia. An overdose is marked by confusion, convulsions, nausea and vomiting, severe drowsiness, slow and irregular breathing, cardiac arrhythmia and weakness.

CAUSE OF DEATH: She died from Acute Combined Drug Intoxication, with Chloral Hydrate the drug which might have led to her death by its presence, An abscess was a contributing factor because an injection into the site of the abscess allowed bacteria to get into her blood stream. And her death was ruled accidental. Dr. Joshua Perper (the Broward County Medical Examiner) said there was no reason to believe that her death was either suicide or homicide.

THE BODY: The autopsy notes that, at the time of her death, Anna Nicole was 5'11" tall and weighed 178. Her weight was not exactly a glowing recommendation for TrimSpa, the weight loss company for whom she was a paid spokesperson. She had multiple hair extensions, including several pink ones. Her natural teeth were reported to be in good condition. She had body piercings above and below her belly button. Her genitalia are described as "those of a normally developed adult woman."

THE TATTOOS: Her body also had "multiple scars and tattoos." Among them; a pair of red lips on right lower abdomen, two cherries on the right mid pelvis, a 'Playboy Bunny' also on her pelvis. The words 'Daniel' and 'Papas' also on her pelvis. On her right lower leg and ankle a tattoo made up of the following images; Christ's head, Our Lady of Guadalupe, the Holy Bible, a woman's naked torso, the family of Marilyn Monroe, a cross, a heart and shooting flames.

OTHER STUFF: There's a lot of stuff about fluids and mucosa. But you can read that yourself.

THE UNSOLVED MYSTERY: The documents don't really resolve the question of what time she was found and when Emergency Medical Personnel were called. At one point a document called the Scene Investigation said that "around 12:30 the bodyguard's wife checked on (Smith) and observed her to be blue. She immediately called her husband, Maurice (Big Mo) Brighthaupt.... she also started CPR in her capacity as a registered nurse. As soon as Maurice returned to the hotel; he immediately called the Seminole Emergency Medical Personnel around 1:40." So, according to this account, that's an hour and ten minutes after the body was found. The EMTs got her to the hospital at 2:23pm, where she was pronounced dead at 2:49. But another part of the report says the woman attending Smith didn't notice Anna was unresponsive until 1:00. That's a 30 minute difference, within the same report. One thing could clear this mystery up and that is the initial 9-1-1 tape. But Seminole Police will not release it. And so far they haven't returned our calls from earlier today.
