A 38-year-old Fond du Lac woman told authorities she was sexually assaulted two weeks prior to April 11 and her alleged assailant took her prescription medication, according to a police report.
Officers were called to the emergency room at St. Agnes Hospital, where the woman reported a man she knew only by the first name of "Mike" sexually assaulted her and took her methadone, valium and oxycodone, according to the report. She described the man as 6-feet tall and 200 pounds.
A medical professional familiar with the woman told police he had noticed marks on the woman for several months, but she denied being abused, according to the report.
The woman told police she had not returned home since the last alleged assault.
Fond du Lac police are investigating a hit-and-run accident that occurred Saturday morning near East Division Street and Cottage Avenue.

The Fond du Lac Police Department responded to a woman who reported her medicine stolen.
According to a report, the 19-year-old Fond du Lac resident contacted police about noon April 9 to report that three prescriptions had been stolen. She said 25 Lamictal pills, 80 Diazepam pills and 25 Ambien pills went missing sometime during Easter weekend when several people visited.
The Fond du Lac Police Department is looking for a man who stole copper tubing from the former Travelers Inn.
According to a police report, an officer responded to the vacant motel, 1325 S. Main St., at about 1:15 p.m. April 5. An Adashun Jones employee said he spotted a suspect leaving the site holding a hacksaw. The suspect is described as an African-American male, mid-20s, 5 feet 8 inches to 5 feet 10 inches in height and weighing 150 to 170 pounds. He left in a red, mid-1990s Oldsmobile, possibly a Ciera or Cutlass.
After the suspect left, the Adashun Jones employee walked around the property and saw a broken window on the building's east side. Police found pipes throughout a hallway cut and their copper tubing removed, said the report. The damage appeared to be done with a hacksaw or other tool.
The Adashun Jones employee said the building is empty and may be sold and demolished. He requested extra patrols in the area, according to the report.
An Eden man who called police after his car struck a deer ended up in jail when officers realized he was a registered sex offender with a girl in his car.
The man hit the deer just east of Eden on Highway 45 and called police about 10:46 p.m. Saturday, said Fond du Lac County Sheriff's Department Lt. Rick Olig.
When the officer ran a check on the man's license information, he discovered the man is a registered sex offender. The man's probation and parole agent placed a probation hold on the man for violating the terms of his release by having the girl in his car.
